Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the sale of products made via the website (hereinafter the “Site”).
Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms apply to any order placed by a consumer on the Site, for delivery to the areas offered at the time of ordering.

The applicable Terms are those accepted at the time of payment.


3. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible care on the Site.
The photos are not contractual, but they faithfully reflect the general appearance of the products.

Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and subject to available stock.


4. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping fees are specified at the time of ordering, before final validation and payment.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while applying the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.


5. ORDERS

The Customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to the cart, enters their details, chooses a delivery method and payment method, then validates the order.

Before payment, an order summary allows the Customer to check the details of the order and its total price.
The order becomes final after payment has been confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute, non-payment, or an order that appears clearly abnormal or fraudulent.


6. PAYMENT

Orders are paid online using the payment methods offered on the Site (bank card, payment provider, etc.).

Payment is secured by a third-party provider. The seller does not store full bank card details.

The order is shipped only after effective receipt of payment.


7. DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Estimated delivery times are communicated for information purposes at the time of ordering.
In case of significant delay, the Customer may contact support at: support@lyvoraskin.com.

If a parcel is damaged or appears to have been opened, it is the Customer’s responsibility to notify the carrier and inform the seller as soon as possible, ideally with photos.


8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the seller by email at: support@lyvoracosmetics.com, indicating the order number and the products concerned.

Products must be returned new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed (cosmetics, personal care products, etc.), in accordance with the law.

The seller will refund the returned products within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as the one used for the order (unless otherwise agreed).
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, unless the error is attributable to the seller.


9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS / ORDER ERRORS

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the Customer must contact the seller promptly at support@lyvoracosmetics.com, including photos where possible.

After verification, the seller may offer a replacement, a refund, or any other appropriate solution.


10. LEGAL GUARANTEES

Products benefit from the applicable legal guarantees (conformity guarantee and guarantee against hidden defects).

To invoke these guarantees, the Customer must contact the seller at: support@lyvoracosmetics.com, who will provide instructions on how to proceed.


11. LIABILITY

The seller cannot be held liable for:

  • improper use of the products,

  • failure to follow usage instructions,

  • individual reactions (allergies, intolerances, etc.),

  • indirect damages (loss of opportunity, data loss, non-material damage, etc.).

In any event, if the seller’s liability is engaged, it is limited to the amount of the order concerned.


12. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

The Customer may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, etc.) by writing to: support@lyvoracosmetics.com.


13. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by French law

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution first.
Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.
